Sub Plan Template

1. Basics: your name, the dates covered, grade or subject, room and school, plus a short welcome note for the substitute.
2. Daily schedule: add a time block for each part of the day — specials, lunch, recess, dismissal — with the room if the class moves.
3. Class roster: paste your student list, one per line; add a note after a dash for anything the sub should know, and it prints in two tidy columns.
